On 3rd March 2023, the HEHE1 shield boring machine jointly built by CRCHI, Jishi International Financial Lease Co., Ltd. and Beijing Construction Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully rolled off the production line in the Industrial Park 2 of CRCHI.
Beijing Metro Line 22 is an important urban railway line under construction, connecting the core area of the CBD, the sub-center of the city, the Yanjiao Development Zone, Pinggu New Town and other key functional areas. The Line drives the efficient operation of urban transportation and serves the people’s better life, and is a major project to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and build a “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the rail track”.
CRCHI undertakes the development task of this engineering equipment, and tailors the HEHE1 shield machine according to the complex engineering geology and surrounding environment of the construction project. The excavation diameter of the equipment is 8.33 meters. The length of the whole machine is about 100 meters. The power of the whole machine is 3100 kilowatts. The reinforced tool structure and multi-layer three-dimensional tool layout form can effectively meet the needs of long-distance construction. At the same time, advanced technologies such as synchronous double slurry system and secondary pulp replenishment system are selected to provide safe and reliable guarantee for important risk sources such as Yanyan Expressway and Beijing-Chengdu Railway under the shield machine.
