Australian Tunnelling Society
The ATS is a Technical Society of Engineers Australia and is a member of the International Tunnelling Association.
The ATS advances the expertise and knowledge of the Australian Tunnelling Industry through all factors affecting the design, construction and utilisation of underground space, including technical aspects, health and safety and environmental considerations.
It is an industry based technical society with enviable support from sponsors, including CRCHI, and has a strong working relationship with contractors, suppliers and individuals that work in the tunnelling sector.
ATS aims to:
-Advance the knowledge of the Australasian Tunnelling Industry through areas of design, construction and utilisation of underground space, including technical aspects, health and safety, and ecologically sustainable development;
-Stimulating a better understanding of the underground domain by governments, planners and the community;
Australasian Society for Trenchless Technology
The ASTT is the peak body for trenchless technology in Australasia, providing advocacy, leadership, support and educational opportunities for organisations and individuals involved in trenchless technology.
The ASTT is affiliated with the International Society for Trenchless technology (ISTT). The ISTT currently has 26 Affiliated Societies.
Ausinland is a member of ASTT as its partner business, Maxibor.
APGA
APGA is the peak body representing Australasia’s pipeline infrastructure. While many members have a focus on gas transmission, they are active in all aspects of the industry including transportation of other products, such as oil, water and slurry. Its members include constructors, owners, operators, advisers, engineering companies and suppliers of pipeline products and services.
The Australian pipeline industry is a close-knit, highly professional workforce that has collectively delivered and operates tens of billions of dollars’ worth of infrastructure across the varied and challenging environments Australia and the region have to offer. Sharing information, ideas and experiences is an important part of the APGA membership experience.
CCF NSW
The Civil Contractors Federation is the only organisation in Australia charged with representing all, and only, employers in the civil construction and maintenance industry.
This immense responsibility emanates from our appointment as a Registered Organisation under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. CCF is a not-for-profit organisation administered under a Constitution approved by Fair Work Australia.
CCF has representative bodies in every State and mainland Territory in Australia, each controlled by a Member elected Board and with their own local management team.
A National Board comprised of one representative from each State and Territory governs the National organisation and sets the national policy agenda. Issues relating to NSW are managed solely by the CCF NSW.
