The TBM meets the coal mine safety requirements and provides high efficiency excavation.
During the excavation in March 2023, the TBM crossed several broken surrounding rock sections. Relying on advanced systematic support, surplus power reserve and temporary support design, it achieved smooth passage of broken surrounding rock, and fast passage while excavating through complete surrounding rock.
The TBM set multipul new records for open type TBM in underground coal mines. In March, the monthly advance rate was 616 meters.
