High-Pressure Water Mist FireFighting System
SEM-SAFE® is a high-pressure water mist fire fighting system that uses micro droplets released through nozzles into protected areas. It comprises a high-pressure modular pump unit, section valves, piping and water mist nozzles. The system is safe, efficient and environmentally friendly. With small pipe dimensions, large coverage, minimal water consumption, a compact pump unit and simple design, SEM-SAFE® high-pressure water mist is the optimum solution to protect against a fire.

Rock Bolts
The expandable rock bolts are a stabilization device for rock masses in mining and underground works. They are made up of a high elastic limit steel tube, bent into an omega shape, and sealed at the ends with ferrules. Once inserted into the hole drilled in the rock, which must have a larger diameter than the original diameter of the tube, they expand through the application of water under pressure. This process causes the anchoring bolt to be loaded, and offer immediate support.
The anchoring system of a friction bolt, also known as a Split Set, is a rock support method used in underground mining and tunnel construction. This system consists of a high-strength steel bolt with a “U” shaped cross-section and a longitudinal groove. To install a Split Set bolt, a hole is made in the rock with a diameter slightly smaller than the bolt’s diameter, and the Split Set is inserted into it. As the bolt is pushed into the rock, the “U” shaped cross-section reduces and adjusts to the shape of the borehole. This expansion creates friction between the Split Set and the surrounding rock along its entire length, providing strong resistance to displacement.
A self-drilling anchor is a type of bolt used to ensure the stability of the roof and walls in underground mining and tunnel construction. Unlike other types of bolts, self-drilling bolts do not require pre-drilling and can drill and hold at the same time. These bolts are designed with a hollow threaded bar with a one-time use drill bit at its end, simplifying and reducing the installation process.

The Electro-welded mesh is a type of safety material used in underground mining to protect workers from possible rockfalls or mineral fragments. It is made of high tensile steel wire and is attached to the walls and ceilings of underground excavations to provide a protective barrier that prevents falling rock and ore fragments striking workers. In addition, the electro-welded mesh also helps to stabilize the excavation area and prevent rock collapse. Welded mesh is installed in sections and attached to the walls and ceilings of the excavation with staples or steel nails.
Galvanized woven mesh is a type of wire mesh that is produced by weaving galvanized steel wire. The galvanizing process involves coating the steel wire with a layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion and increase its durability.

The steel fiber is manufactured from a cold drawing process, which transforms the steel into filaments of high resistance and durability.
