He brings to Ausinland the vast knowledge accumulated from his involvement in the chartered accountancy and internal audit professions and senior financial and operational executive roles in businesses associated with the infrastructure, insurance, renewables and agriculture sectors. 

Jeff is passionate about good governance and applies his unique set of business skills to businesses at strategic, financial, commercial, business development, operational efficiency and social outcome level.

Jeff is strongly committed to a collaborative approach as he sees best outcomes being achieved where there is cooperation rather than competition.

At a governance level he is a thought leader in enterprise risk and opportunity management good practice and how it can be strategically and practically applied to organisations to help optimise outcomes for all stakeholders. Jeff has written risk and audit guidelines for government agencies.

He has shown leadership and bravery in raising matters when others have turned a blind eye. His actions have been a catalyst for change and improvement of outcomes for all stakeholders.

With over three decades of experience, David has made significant contributions in various industries, including mechanical and electrical manufacturing, tunnel support, highway slope protection and medical devices. During the formative years of Maccaferri China, David played a pivotal role in marketing, team development, product delivery and project implementation, laying a strong foundation for the company’s establishment and rapid growth in China.
David has also demonstrated his expertise in corporate restructuring by assisting a medical enterprise in Guangzhou with organizational alignment and team restructuring in preparation for its IPO.

Since joining Huikai as a Director and CEO, David has led the company to new heights. Under his leadership, he has assembled high-performing teams, strengthened supply chain management, enforced stringent quality control measures, enhanced operational efficiency and optimized customer-centric services. These strategic initiatives have significantly bolstered the company’s business and facilitated rapid growth.
